As a Home Care Aide, you'll be the cornerstone of wholehearted care for our clients — helping them maintain safety, independence, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. We care for a diverse range of individuals across all ages and abilities, and we celebrate the dedicated professionals who make that possible.

• Are bilingual in English and Spanish (a strong plus)

• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support

• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene

• Support meal planning, preparation, and grocery shopping

• Provide medication reminders and monitor client well-being

• Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting to the office

• Adhere to SYNERGY HomeCare's infection control, HIPAA, and dress code policies

• Report any changes in a client's physical, mental, or emotional condition promptly

• Clock in and out accurately using our mobile app or assigned timekeeping method

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)

• Proof of current 2-step TB testing (or ability to obtain)

• Current CPR / First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)

• Must be bondable and pass a national criminal background check

• Satisfactory professional and personal reference check

• Ability to complete SYNERGY HomeCare orientation and assigned online training modules

• Physically able to perform light to moderate exertion including standing, walking, kneeling, and assisting with client repositioning

• $21.00 – $24.00/hr — competitive pay based on experience
