Direct Hire | Full-Time | Day Shift

A patient-focused healthcare organization in Front Royal, Virginia is hiring an Outpatient Physical Therapist for a permanent, full-time role. This position offers consistent 10-hour day shifts, strong hourly compensation, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative outpatient rehabilitation setting using EPIC charting systems. A sign-on bonus ranging from $15,000 to $25,000 is included.

Compensation & Incentives

· Hourly pay range: $38.02 – $57.04 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

· Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting

· Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals

· Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities

· Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs

· Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

· Accurately document patient progress in EPIC

· Maintain compliance with regulatory and quality standards

Requirements

· Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) (Required)

· BLS Certification (Required)

· Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience (Required)
