Full Time Dermatology Physician Assistant - Suburb of Grand Rapids, Michigan Job#16818913 Private Practice A well-established and thriving private dermatology practice just minutes from downtown Grand Rapids is looking for an experienced Physician Assistant to join its team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a dermatology-trained PA to work with a high level of independence in a collaborative and supportive setting. Position Highlights

- Join a respected, stable private practice with no private equity backing or hospital affiliation
- Walk into immediate patient volume supported by a strong referral base
- Competitive compensation package including base salary, productivity incentives, and a signing bonus
- Full benefits package with health insurance, paid time off, holidays, and a retirement plan
- Provide general and surgical dermatology care, including minor procedures
- Evaluate patients, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
- Offer aesthetic services based on training and interest
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment, with opportunities to mentor others
- At least 3 years of dermatology experience in a clinical setting
- Active Michigan PA license (or eligibility)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high clinical standards
