$10 per hourCOOPERS RESTAURANTS, INC.
**Open Monday - Saturday and closed Sunday.** POSITION SUMMARY: To portion, prepare and assemble all side dishes (salads, appetizers, vegetables, desserts) offered in the restaurant. Accomplishes all food preparation, cooking methods, procedures and timing to ensure that all food products meet the specifications and quality standards of Cooper Restaurants. Employee Benefits
- Weekly Pay
- Health, Dental & Vision - for full time employees after 30 days of employment
- Company pays a portion of elected coverage
- Vacation Pay - up to 80 hours for full time employees (annually)
- After 6 months - 5 days
- After 1 year - Additional 5 days
- 10 days max
- Tipped employees vacation rate - $10.00 per hour
- Employee Meal Discount - 40% off while working / employee + 1 guest while dining
- Employee of the month - for FOH & BOH - $100 each
- Employee Discounts - on travel, hotels, car rentals and more through LifeMart via ADP account.
