Position Summary

As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Integrity Energy, you will identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, outreach, and relationship-building. You’ll engage with established leads and target outbound prospects to introduce tailored energy solutions that fit their needs. This role is ideal for self-motivated sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter who can identify key decision-makers, build rapport, and establish long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring high energy and professionalism to engage potential customers.
• Identify decision-makers and introduce Integrity Energy’s products and services.
• Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for Enterprise Account Executives.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, guiding them through the sales cycle
• Schedule appointments and qualify leads for our Enterprise Account Executives.
• Utilize Salesforce to track, manage, and organize leads and opportunities.
• Exhibit resilience and problem-solving skills to overcome objections, hurdles, and roadblocks.

Qualifications & Core Competencies

• Recent college graduate or 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or prospecting roles.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
• Critical thinking and active listening skills to address client needs effectively.
• Proven ability to build relationships, grow pipelines, and drive sales.
• Experience with Salesforce (preferred but not required).
• Attention to detail and a strategic approach to sales forecasting and pipeline management.
