What you will do

Respond to inbound customer requests by phone, email, and web channels; clarify products, quantities, specifications, timing, and shipping needs.

Prepare quotes, process purchase orders, and provide complete information to estimating and operations.

Manage multiple time-sensitive requests while maintaining accurate records, clear follow-up, and dependable customer communication.
