This is more than a teaching role. You’ll lead educational programming, mentor staff, and shape meaningful outcomes. What You’ll Do Lead and support a team of Instructional Assistants & Paraprofessionals. Develop and oversee IEPs aligned with student goals. Provide direct, individualized instruction. Use data to guide teaching strategies and progress. Collaborate with families, schools, and service providers. Support student growth, transitions, and long-term success. Valid Ohio Department of Education Intervention Specialist License. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
