Radiology - Cath Lab Tech Profession: Technologist Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8H Days Hours per Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM plus call Experience: Minimum 1 year required License: Active North Dakota Rad Tech License required for ARRT credentialed clinicians Certifications: BLS, RCIS or ARRT (ARRT must be registered) Must-Have: Panning experience scrubbing experience preferred but not requiredExperience with IABP, Impella, Shockwave, Laser, IFR/FFR, IVUS, Rotapro, and 4-port manifold preferred Proficiency in IV starts preferred Description:Clienttion Badge must be supplied and in hand prior to start.Department focused on various cardiac procedures.Common procedures include Emergent Revascularization, LHC, RHC, ATK Peripheral Diagnostic/Interventional, Cardioversion, TEE, Devices, Pericardiocentesis, and Temporary Pacemaker.Job duties include scrubbing in and/or panning and starting IVs.Experience with EMR such as EPIC and Philips Xper is preferred.Equipment used includes Siemens C-Arm and various cardiac devices.The team consists of Intensivist MDs who are available in-house 24/7.Charge nurse oversees operations and assists with patient assignments.Shifts typically follow a Monday through Friday schedule with additional call requirements during the week and on weekends.Call response time is 20 minutes.Additional assistance may be required in Heart and Vascular Pre/Post departments.Orientation consists of a one-week classroom and lab experience.Candidates should bring their own lock for lockers and hospital-designated shoes.All potential hires must adhere to a radius rule of 50 miles.Requests for time off should be submitted upfront, with a limit on the number of days.Licensure and certification verification is required prior to employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cynet HealthStaff
