Director of Investor Relations
Atlantic Group
Our client, an alternative asset manager firm, is seeking a Director of Investor Services to join their team. Position will manage a team of 2. Total compensation between 400k to 435k.
Hybrid - 4x/week in midtown
Responsibilities:
- Lead investor services, reporting, and operational workflows.
- Support fundraising, investor due diligence, and information requests.
- Oversee investor reporting, including fund performance, capital activity, financial disclosures, and ad hoc requests.
- Manage investor onboarding, closings, transfers, and related stakeholder coordination.
- Maintain data accuracy, reporting controls, and process documentation.
- Drive operational improvements through automation and technology solutions.
- Partner cross-functionally with investment, finance, operations, legal, compliance, and business development teams.
- Prepare materials for investors, senior leadership, and board reporting.
- Lead, develop, and scale the Investor Services team.
Qualifications:
- At least 12 years of IR leadership experience within PE, VC or a hedge fund
- Strong IR operations, reporting and capital formation support experience
