Data Entry Administrator (Work from Home)

Ready Contractors, Inc., a respected construction company that has been serving the eastern North Carolina community since 1969, is seeking a meticulous and reliable Data Entry Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position ideal for a self-motivated individual dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing our company's data, ensuring our records are up-to-date and accurate to support our operational success. While this is a work-from-home role, please note that applicants must be based in Houston, Texas, United States.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update various data, including project information, client details, supplier invoices, and timesheets, into our company database.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output to ensure data integrity.
• Organise and maintain files and records, ensuring they are easily accessible for future reference.
• Generate reports and retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested by management.
• Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company and client information at all times.
• Adhere to data integrity and security policies.
• Assist with other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar administrative position.
• Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in MS Excel.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Familiarity with the construction industry is advantageous but not essential.
