Responsibilities Provide general nursing care in perioperative and operating room settings, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per Ohio Nurse Practice Act; actively participating in quality improvement and team collaboration. Responsibilities include assessment/diagnosis (30%), outcomes planning (30%), implementation/evaluation (20%), leadership (10%), and operations (10%). Qualifications Associate\'s Degree in Nursing; Ohio RN license; BLS certification; and at least 2 years of recent acute care RN experience; BSN required after 5 years. Work schedule Work shifts are variable, with scheduled hours as needed, in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit.
