At Litehouse Foods, we're looking for a transformational Director of Plant Operations to lead our Danville, VA manufacturing facility and shape the future of our operations. What You'll Do

• Lead all plant operations to deliver on safety, quality, production, and financial performance

• Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams and frontline leaders

• Champion a culture of safety, food safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and cost performance

• Manage plant budgets, capital planning, and long-term investment strategy

• Analyze performance metrics and P&L to identify gaps and implement corrective actions

• Partner with Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, HR, and Sales to achieve business goals

• Lead capital projects, facility upgrades, and capacity expansion initiatives

• Strengthen employee engagement and reinforce our employee-owner culture

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 10+ years proven leadership experience in food manufacturing or related industry

• Strong business acumen and experience managing plant financial performance

• Deep knowledge of food safety, quality systems, and regulatory compliance (HACCP, PCQI, etc.)

• Experience leading through change and driving continuous improvement

• Ability to inspire teams, build trust, and hold leaders accountable
