Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What We're Looking For:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification
- Previous experience working with students with disabilities in a school setting
- Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
- Commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the classroom
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and adjust Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Assess students’ skills, strengths, and development needs
- Plan and deliver instruction aligned with IEP goals and state standards
- Employ a variety of teaching techniques to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Monitor and document student progress, adapting strategies and goals as needed
- Consult with families, teachers, and related service providers regularly
- Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment
