Industrial Fabricator – Full-Time | Skilled Trades | Competitive Pay

Express Employment Professionals is hiring an experienced Industrial Fabricator for a growing local company!

If you have experience with metal fabrication, welding, blueprint reading, measuring, cutting, or assembling industrial equipment , this could be a great opportunity to put your skills to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

Fabricate and assemble metal components and industrial equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
Measure, cut, fit, and prepare materials for fabrication
Perform welding and metalworking as needed
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and proper fit
Follow safety procedures and production specifications
Work as part of a team to meet production deadlines

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in industrial fabrication, metal fabrication, welding, or a related skilled-trades role
Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings
Comfortable using measuring tools, hand tools, and power tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work safely in an industrial/manufacturing environment
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
