Solution IT Inc. is looking for QE Lead (AI-Driven Testing) for one of its clients in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Job Title: QE Lead (AI-Driven Testing)

Summary

Looking for a QE Lead with strong experience in Integration Testing, SIT, API Testing, and AI-driven Quality Engineering. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience leveraging AI tools/frameworks for test automation, test case generation, defect prediction, and quality optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Integration Testing and SIT activities across multiple systems.
• Design and execute manual, API, regression, and end-to-end test scenarios.
• Utilize AI-powered testing tools to improve test coverage and execution efficiency.
• Support UAT coordination, defect triage, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive test automation initiatives and provide quality metrics/status reports.
• Support cutover, production validation, and hyper care activities.

Required skills:

• 8+ years of QE/Testing experience.
• Strong experience in Integration Testing, SIT, API Testing, and Regression Testing.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled testing tools (ACCELQ, Mabl, Functionize, Testim, Copilot, etc.).
• Experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML-based testing, test optimization, and defect analytics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred

• Retail domain experience.
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLM testing, prompt validation, or AI application testing.
• Experience working in Agile and CI/CD environments

Work Site : Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Duration: 8-12 Months
