To succeed as a Graphic Designer, you’ll need these qualifications: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of professional graphic design, visual communications, or creative marketing experience in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial, nonprofit, agency, or corporate environment. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Microsoft Office, with demonstrated experience creating digital, print, multimedia, animation, and HTML-based interactive content. Strong understanding of design principles, branding, visual storytelling, user experience, and accessibility, best practices across multiple communication channels and media formats. Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze performance data, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated creativity, professionalism, and sound judgment, with a commitment to continuous learning, maintaining confidentiality, upholding organizational values, and contributing positively within a collaborative environment. Your responsibilities as a Graphic Designer will include: Lead the development and execution of a cohesive visual design strategy across the organization and its sub‑brands, ensuring brand consistency and compelling storytelling across all channels. Create and produce high‑quality digital, print, environmental, and multimedia assets—including graphics, animations, and interactive content that effectively communicate organizational messages and engage target audiences. Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify communication needs, develop creative solutions, and design templates and tools that support efficient self‑service content creation. Manage creative projects from concept through completion by coordinating timelines, overseeing external vendors and production partners, and ensuring deliverables meet quality, budget, and deadline expectations. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of design and marketing initiatives using performance data and stakeholder feedback to optimize future campaigns and continuously improve creative impact.
