The company is always looking for talented and motivated individuals to join its team, and is dedicated to providing ongoing training and support to its employees.We are looking to hire a K-12 Project Manager with experience building schools and successfully working with various school districts in DFW.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Construction Science, Construction Engineering Technology, Construction Management or related field2+ years of relevant experience in K-12 school constructionManaged crews of ten (10) or more tradesmenManaged all subcontractors on a single project.Organize site project progress meetings, compile meeting minutes and perform preconstruction meetings.OSHA 30 hour, First Aid/CPRAbility to perform layout with use of construction survey equipment is a plus.Understanding of plans, specifications and construction documentsStrong work ethic, decisive, ambitious, with an unwavering commitment to qualityHigh level of motivation, integrity, and commitment to team and customerResults-orientated with proven ability to organize, plan and prioritize work to meet deadlinesAbility to provide leadership field personal and subcontractorsAbility to manage owner expectationsGet the opportunity to work for an organization with a 30-year history of success.
