About the Role:

As an Evening Shift LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. You will also be expected to maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, and adapt to changing priorities and needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medication administration, vital signs, and treatment plans

• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

• Adapt to changing priorities and needs, and respond accordingly

• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay current with industry best practices

• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Ohio

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
