Our appointment setters call warm, interested leads - people who have already raised their hand - and schedule them to meet with one of our field representatives. No cold calling. Ever. Start part-time. Grow from there. This role begins as part-time, and that works great for a lot of people. But for the right candidate, it can be a launchpad. As you demonstrate reliability and results, full-time positions and higher-level roles become available. We promote from within - we'd rather grow someone we already trust. What you'll do Call warm, pre-qualified leads who have already expressed interest in estate planning services. Schedule appointments for our outside sales representatives using a proven, structured script. Bring your own personality and professionalism to every call - friendly, respectful, and reassuring. Keep accurate notes and records in our system after each call. What we offer $15/hour plus weekly performance bonuses - paid every week. Consistent part-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-2:30 PM. Who you are You have at least 1 year of phone-based, call center, or customer service experience.
