About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to spearhead the transformation and scaling of its B2B GovTech business. The successful candidate will be tasked with building and professionalizing the product organization, leading product strategy across multiple lines, and engaging with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive product improvements. This role is pivotal in transitioning the business to a more mature operating model and is expected to have a significant impact on the company's growth and market position. The ideal CPO for the company will have a background as a top technology leader in a B2B multi-product SaaS environment, with a strong business orientation and experience in portfolio management and multi-product strategy. While not mandatory, a background in private equity or M&A is a plus. The candidate should be a passionate and committed leader with a proven track record of at least 15 years in the industry, capable of honoring the company's legacy while propelling it into the future. The role requires a leader with a contagious will to win, who can drive the company's scale and is prepared to invest heavily in its success.
