Special Requirements: Epic Req

Shift: 12 hours between 0615-2000 (Start times 0615 or 0800)

Weekend REQ: Yes, 1 - 24 hour weekend call per month

Floating REQ: Yes

On-Call REQ: YES - approximately 1 weekday per week and 1 weekend day per month. Weekend call is 24 hours. Weeknight call is 6:45 pm to 6:15 am.

Pending license: NO, must be active at time of submission

NO SCHEDULING REQUESTS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED.
