Due to internal growth, the firm is looking to add an Accounts and Audit Assistant Manager to their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Gloucestershire's most established accountancy practices with a clear platform to progress into Management. The ideal candidate will have diverse general practice experience, including leading audit assignments for various clients, preparing accounts, and handling tax returns. The role offers a unique balance of general practice work, business advisory projects, accounts preparation, tax, and auditing tasks, positioning you well for future professional development. You will also gain exposure to a diverse client base, including SMEs, OMBs, and some international groups.
