Neuroscience Sales Representative (Lincoln and Omaha) - Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Neuroscience Sales Representative to cover Lincoln and Omaha, Nebraska territories. The role involves engaging healthcare professionals, building relationships, and executing strategic account plans to support appropriate utilization of neuroscience medications including multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer's, and psychiatric disorder treatments.
Responsibilities
- Engage healthcare professionals using tailored approaches aligned to practitioner priorities and patient outcomes
- Develop expertise in neuroscience portfolio including clinical and business knowledge application
- Develop and execute strategic pre-call and account plans tied to territory and business goals
- Conduct clinical and scientific discussions addressing customer needs and supporting informed decision-making
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities and adjust execution strategies accordingly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum; MS, MBA, or PhD preferred
- Three or more years healthcare sales, account management, or B2B sales experience
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel up to 50%
- Must live in or relocate to Lincoln/Omaha geography
- Structured sales approach with customer needs assessment capability
- Strategic account planning and cross-functional collaboration experience
- Trust-based relationship building and problem-solving skills
