Education in basic dog obedience and training Fun, dynamic team culture Career progression based on performance Additional certification programs available Competitive wages with flexible scheduling Key skills in customer service, teamwork, sales Benefits for full‑time team members Day‑to‑Day Duties Sell daycare enrollments Lead tours of the facility Book Meet & Greet appointments over the phone Make calls to leads Follow‑up with pet parents and dogs via phone and text Post on Instagram and Facebook Use computer software (MS Office, iOS, etc.) Multi‑task: deliver customer service while balancing needs of canine coaches in playrooms Cleaning duties Manage POS system Greet everyone that walks into Dogtopia Understanding Dogtopia’s noble cause and dogtopiisms Rules & Standards Love life unconditionally like a dog. Update cleaning schedule and hold team accountable to safety standards. Inventory manage office supplies. Communicate behavior modification plans to pet parents. Customer Service & Presentation Keep the front desk neat and organized. Self‑starting with strong organizational skills. Model the 3S’s (smile, story, satisfaction) and hold accountable to standards. Answer phones, emails, and questions from pet parents. Strive for high customer review ratings. About the Role As the Canine Concierge, you will work with customers and team members to ensure the highest standards of customer experience and satisfaction.
