Competitive Pay About the Position The General Labor position consists of brick handling, brick packaging, and brick cutting. This is a fast-paced position and is also an incentive-based position once the probationary period is completed. Required Skills/Abilities Previous experience within manufacturing or a similar environment preferred. Self-motivated with good time management is essential. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot required. General knowledge of basic hand tools, ability to read and understand measuring tools. Must be able to discern colors.
