Director, Retirement Benefits & Strategy

First American

First American in Newark seeks a Director, Retirement Benefits to lead the strategy, governance, and administration of the company's retirement and financial wellness programs. You will serve as the subject matter expert for defined contribution plans, fiduciary oversight, and vendor relationships. Reporting to the Vice President, Total Rewards, you will drive plan design, compliance, analytics, and communications with senior leadership to ensure competitive, cost‑effective programs aligned with #J-18808-Ljbffr First American
