Description - What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and advanced laboratory tests across various disciplines-chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-following established protocols.
• Interpret results with precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure the ongoing maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist in collecting specimens and preparing samples for analysis as required.
• Meticulously document all lab procedures, onboard new team members or students, and help maintain the highest laboratory quality standards.
• Uphold a clean and safe workplace while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation considerations.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or related allied health field, with readiness for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Acquire ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of being hired.
• Maintain up-to-date certification throughout your employment.
