Description - Your Impactful Role

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests-encompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate results thoroughly for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Facilitate specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as needed.
• Keep meticulous documentation of all procedures, nurture new talent by training students and staff, and uphold the highest quality standards in the lab.
• Ensure a safe and clean workspace while strictly adhering to regulations and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or related allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required within one year of joining us.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure with us.
