Your Role - What You Will Engage In

• Conduct both routine and complex laboratory tests-spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-adhering diligently to established protocols.
• Evaluate results for accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and carry out regular maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for examination whenever necessary.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all procedures, mentor new team members or students, and ensure compliance with lab quality standards.
• Uphold a clean, safe working atmosphere while following all relevant regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification, coupled with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Requirements

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain an active certification for the duration of your employment.
