Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Onsite Employee Health Clinic

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Setting: Onsite employee health clinic

Provide meaningful, patient-centered care with a consistent weekday schedule! We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver primary care, preventive services, and same-day care in a collaborative outpatient environment.

In this role, you will help employees manage acute and chronic health concerns while building patient relationships and supporting long-term health and wellness.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients, perform physical examinations, and provide comprehensive primary care.

• Diagnose and treat common illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions within your scope of practice.

• Provide same-day care for acute health concerns.

• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate follow-up care.

• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests.

• Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with applicable regulations and clinical guidelines.

• Provide health screenings, immunizations, preventive care, and wellness education.

• Counsel patients on chronic disease management, medications, nutrition, and lifestyle changes.

• Coordinate specialist referrals and collaborate with the healthcare team.

• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation and protect patient confidentiality.

What You’ll Bring

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.

• Current, unrestricted NP/APRN license in the state of practice.

• Current Family Nurse Practitioner certification through an accredited certifying organization.

• Current BLS certification.

• Current prescriptive authority and DEA registration, if required.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, documentation, and patient education skills.

• Ability to practice independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Previous experience in family medicine, primary care, urgent care, occupational health, or an employee health clinic is strongly preferred.
