Your Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, directing diagnostic procedures, and creating personalized care solutions
• Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions in partnership with physicians or autonomously as permitted
• Educating patients and their families about preventive practices, wellness, and managing ongoing health conditions
• Prescribing medications and therapeutic interventions in line with your professional scope
• Engaging in patient follow-up and chronic disease supervision
• Collaborating with diverse interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
• Maintaining detailed and precise documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)

Education Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Essential Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Nevada
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent in a specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within three months)
