Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager in the Little Rock area. The ideal restaurant manager should be a values-driven leader with exceptional integrity, strong customer service skills, and the ability to balance administrative and financial responsibilities while inspiring their team to achieve excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Share our core values and promote a culture of teamwork and knowledge-sharing
• Demonstrate extraordinary integrity and lead by example to achieve a common goal
• Empower and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and cuisine
• Balance administrative and financial responsibilities with operational duties
• Assist the General Manager in overall restaurant operations and be accountable for successes and failures

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary : up to $55,000

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years current experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Full Service concept
• Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
• Restaurant Manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
