Maintenance Technician

Overview Fives is seeking a Maintenance Technician. Responsibilities Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance and service for each piece of equipment, machinery, buildings, and systems. Occasional overnight travel may be required. Inspect equipment regularly for signs of malfunctions Complete repairs and parts replacement Use a variety of power and hand tools to perform job functions Complete written records of work performed Work effectively with other associates in the plants Qualifications 5 years experience in repair and maintenance of electrical and mechanical machinery & equipment Ability to walk, stand, and lift heavy objects for an extended period of time and work at elevated heights in plants Successful trade or vocational school completion in mechanical and electrical maintenance; ability to read and understand relevant drawings and schematics Education Associates degree in engineering or engineering technology preferred Benefits Hired employees will receive great benefits along with an extremely competitive compensation package.
