Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and procedural support in the cardiac cath lab, including pre- and post-procedure care and PACU recovery in both acute and non-acute settings
- Monitor telemetry, vitals, oxygenation, and overall patient status; respond promptly to changes in condition during and after procedures
- Assist with vascular, electrical conduction, coronary, and structural heart diagnostic and interventional procedures as part of the multidisciplinary team
- Maintain strict infection control, patient safety standards, and meticulous documentation of care, procedures, and outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, perioperative staff, and support services to ensure smooth workflow and patient handoffs

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in New York
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Telemetry competency required
- Recent CVICU/Cardiac Care or PACU experience; cath lab experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced cath lab environment and to cover 4x10-hour shifts; weekend coverage as needed by unit demands
- Education: RN licensure in New York; no additional degree requirements specified
