Pain Management Physician - Las Cruces, New Mexico
Location: Las Cruces, New Mexico | Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 | Compensation: $530,000 Base + wRVU Incentive + Negotiable Sign-On
The Opportunity
A well-established and respected health system in Las Cruces, New Mexico is seeking a skilled Pain Management Physician to join their outstanding team. This is an exceptional opportunity offering a highly competitive base salary, wRVU incentive, and a generous sign-on bonus - all in a 100% outpatient Monday through Friday setting with no nights, no weekends, and no holidays. Procedures & Case Mix
This position offers a rich and diverse interventional procedure mix including:
- Radiofrequency Ablations (RFAs)
- Medial Branch Blocks
- Epidurals
- Nerve Blocks
- Trigger Point Injections
- Spinal Cord Stimulators - experience ideal but not required
- Thoracic Outlet Compression Syndrome (TOCS)
- Urine Drug Screening
- Medication Management
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $530,000 annually - higher compensation available for candidates with anesthesia background
- wRVU Incentive: $65 per wRVU above 8,154 threshold
- Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable

Qualifications
- MD or DO - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine - required
- Fellowship training in Pain Management - required
- Spinal cord stimulator experience - ideal but not required
- New graduates welcome
- Anesthesia background - additional compensation available
- H1B and J1 visa sponsorship available
- Strong clinical skills with a commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
