Location: Las Cruces, NM (with travel to El Paso, TX)

Position Type: Full-Time, W2

Compensation: $205,000-$270,000 per year (estimated salary range)

We're looking for a Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM) Physician to join our post-acute care team in the sunny and enchanting Las Cruces, NM, with a bit of time spent in El Paso, TX.

Whether you're fresh out of residency or a seasoned physician, if you're board-certified or board-eligible in FM or IM, we want to meet you!

What You'll Do

Travel between SNFs in Las Cruces (3-4 days/week) and El Paso (1-2 days/week) to provide top-notch care.
Handle a variety of cases with a focus on patient recovery and well-being.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality care for your patients.
Keep your daytime hours flexible-because life doesn't always fit into a 9-to-5 box.

Requirements

MD or DO in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Board-certified or board-eligible (FM or IM).
Eligibility for medical licensure in New Mexico and Texas.
Willingness to travel between Las Cruces and El Paso.
