Work hours: PART TIME 10-20 hours per week

Job Summary:
supporting daily e-commerce operations across retailer websites. Manage product updates, promotions, and digital assets with precision and timeliness. Leverage advanced Excel and reporting tools to ensure seamless campaign execution. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive accuracy, efficiency, and promotional success.
Responsibilities
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation)
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Experience with business systems and analytics/reporting tools Soft Skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong execution focus
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and follow-through skills
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
- Ability to quickly learn tools and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, or related field
- Experience in eCommerce and/or website management, particularly with Marketplaces Required levels/ Years of Experience education – discuss whether there is flexibility
- 3+ years of experience with flexibility Scope of Work (Examples)
- Support daily e-commerce operations across retailer websites
- Execute product updates, pricing, and promotional setups
- Monitor site performance and identify issues related to content, or promotions
- Coordinate Marketing visibility campaigns with internal teams and external retailer partners
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of promotional execution
- Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests
