This critical role is an integral part of the DFR Marketing Leadership Team.What you'll be responsible for in this role: Reporting to the Sr Director of Product Management and Marketing, as the Digital Marketing Manager, you manage the strategic marketing efforts for DFR particularly focused on digital assets such as websites, social media, SEO and select digital initiatives around sales tools and technology. You will also develop current and future initiatives to enhance customer experience and improve the use of technology in our digital assets. Determining best use cases for utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the marketing and sales tool realm will also be part of this role.At DFR, we look for people driven by a desire to contribute, challenged by the unknown and internally motivated to grow. You will have the opportunity to create something uniquely tailored to the needs of the business, partner with stakeholders to provide guidance and recommendations and drive critical projects to enable growth.These are the specific responsibilities:Manage marketing activitiesSuccessful launch of new offerings, ensuring appropriate marketing collateral, training and launch events are developed for both internal and external customersSupport the Marketing Communications and the Channel Marketing teams to drive marketing communications activities for the business including web development, social media, SEO etc.Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans focusing on growing sales and increasing profitability for the divisions supported.Identification of cross-selling opportunities that fully utilize the breadth of DFR's product and service offerings.Manage small team on as needed basis to drive key business priorities.Coach and train colleagues within cross-functional teams.What are the basic qualifications?Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or similar.8+ years of experience in the discipline of digital marketing, product marketing, strategic marketing and/or marketing communications.4+ years of combined experience with digital assets such as web development, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and similar digital marketing and sales tools is essential.Familiarity with marketing tools: CRM platforms (e.g. Marketo), SEO tools, Hootsuite for SoMe and Adobe Suite for graphics design.What are the preferred qualifications?Master's degree in digital marketing, business or related field.Capable of translating objectives and needs into a deliverable strategy to achieve business goals and create a competitive advantage in the product portfolio.Utilizing and deploying lean techniques, driving continuous improvement activities and achievement of superior performance across all KPIs (Key Performance Initiatives).Ability to think strategically and to scope tasks and set goalsAbility to manage external partner, supplier and customer relationshipsAbility to thrive in faced-paced, results-driven organizationStrong business-to-business analytical, financial, strategic thinking and marketing skillsStrong written and presentation communication skillsProven comfort with digital assets such as web development, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and similar digital marketing and sales tools is essential.Proven creative marketing skills.Exceptional leadership skills, energy and teaming capability; the ability to lead and motivate, share vision, inspire and rally colleagues.How We Define Our Values and Why You Should Join Our Team: The backbone behind our collection of outstanding businesses is a team of dedicated employees who protect and enhance our valued reputation for quality and delivering what we promise.
