Trust Specialist
Pay rate $16.00/hr
General Responsibilities:
The responsibilities include performing various functions for the Trust Department including settlements, check preparation, funds maintenance, reconciliations, deposits, and account openings.
Essential Duties:
- Trade Settlements
- Check preparation
- Reconciliations
- Daily Deposits
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-year accounting degree
- Prior accounting/booking and reconciliation experience preferred.
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills
- Ability to be highly organized and show an attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize work assignments and multitask
- Display an intermediate level competency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Personal computer skills including experience with accounting software
