Member Experience Specialist

GPO FCU in New Hartford is hiring a Member Service Specialist to assist members with accounts and provide information on products and services. You will operate in a busy contact center at our New Hartford Administration Building, handling calls, emails, and inquiries with a focus on quality service. The role requires 3–5 years of customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to cross-sell products.
