Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Exeter, NH. As a key player in our manufacturing process, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines to ensure smooth production flow. If you have a passion for precision and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Set up and operate machinery according to specifications and production schedules.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to minimize downtime.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Document production data and report any issues to supervisors promptly.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.
- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
