Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Machine Operator to set up, operate, and monitor production equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure machines run efficiently, maintain product quality, and follow all safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery during production.
- Set up machines according to production requirements.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Report machine issues or malfunctions to supervisors.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance.
- Follow workplace safety rules and company procedures.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous machine operation experience is an advantage.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials when needed.
