Growth Designer

Leading growth design initiatives, the remote Principal Designer will architect end-to-end paid acquisition funnels, create tailored funnel variants for distinct audience personas, and design interactive tools to enhance user engagement and conversion. Key responsibilities: Design and own paid acquisition funnels from user landing to lead capture or quote completion Create multiple funnel variants tailored to specific audience segments for various verticals Develop interactive quizzes, calculators, and qualification flows utilizing branching logic and AI tools Required qualifications: 7+ years of experience in growth design or direct response design with a strong portfolio demonstrating measurable conversion impact Proven experience designing complete funnels end to end, with an understanding of user personas Direct response sensibility with the ability to write compelling headlines and understand conversion mechanics Experience designing interactive tools with branching logic and running structured experimentation programs Strong web design fundamentals and fluency in Figma and at least one prototyping tool
