Network Project Manager

Role Overview We are seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple initiatives across our Infrastructure Services division. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes full ownership of project assignments, from initial planning through to successful delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS). Identify and acquire necessary project resources in collaboration with leadership. Oversee project progress, workload, and timeline management. Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, including evaluation matrices and vendor selection. Draft contract Scopes of Deliverables and adhere to established standards. Provide comprehensive project support, including risk/issue management, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder communication. Monitor and report on key project KPIs. Mandatory Skills & Experience Enterprise Network Implementation Management : Proven experience leading end-to-end network deployments, infrastructure readiness, and deployment planning. WAN Connectivity and Carrier Circuit Coordination : Skilled in WAN planning, circuit delivery tracking, telecom provider coordination, and circuit readiness. Cisco Network Infrastructure Modernization : Experience supporting Cisco switching environments, secure connectivity, routing/switching coordination, and network refresh initiatives. Network Cutover and Migration Planning : Ability to manage enterprise cutover planning, traffic transitions, stabilization, and business-critical migration activities. Network Security and Access Infrastructure Projects : Experience managing secure connectivity, DDoS mitigation, malware defense, and enterprise authentication/access reliability. Environment & Tools Office Suite : Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams). Project Management : Clarity PPM, Azure DevOps.
