Data Analyst

Overview This is an Analyst role focused on invoice processing, forecasting, and data analytics to support budgeting, process efficiency, and program integration into operations. Base pay range $45.00/hr - $50.00/hr Duration : 12-month ongoing contract Location : Hybrid in SeaTac, WA Pay Rate : $45.00-50.00/hr Key Responsibilities Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources. Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Create and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Write and execute SQL queries to extract and manipulate data. Assist in data validation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with different teams to understand business needs and reporting requirements. Document data processes and findings for internal reference. Support senior analysts with ad hoc analysis and reporting. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field. Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Exposure to data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Understanding of basic statistical concepts and analytical techniques. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Python or R for data analysis. Familiarity with data cleaning and transformation techniques. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
