Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator - Pediatrics

Overview The AMP ACEs project is a community-based research initiative designed to evaluate whether a telephone-based Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) screening and care coordination model delivered through 211LA increases referrals to, and receipt of, ACEs-related services. The Health Services Research (HSR) Group is dedicated to advancing health and equity for children, families, and communities in Los Angeles and beyond through scientific innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and community partnership. HSR faculty conduct research with systems-level impact on child health in areas including childhood adversity, children with medical complexity, early childhood development, education and school systems, housing and health, obesity prevention, poverty, primary care and healthcare systems, vaccine delivery and uptake, and youth incarceration. Responsibilities The Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator (ACRC) will provide research and administrative support for the AMP ACEs project and other emerging studies within the HSR Group. Under the supervision of the Project Manager and Principal Investigator (PI), the ACRC will assist with day-to-day study operations, including participant recruitment and data collection, coordination of study activities, and maintenance of regulatory compliance. The ACRC will also contribute to meeting project deliverables and timelines, supporting dissemination efforts, and ensuring adherence to institutional and sponsor guidelines. Qualifications The successful candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, have reliable transportation for travel throughout the region, and be available to work evenings and weekends as required by project activities.
