Turnos Disponibles Sunday-Wednesday 6AA-5PM Wednesday - Saturday 6AM-5PM Sunday-Wednesday 7PM-6AM Wednesday-Saturday 7PM-6AM Salario inicial: $21.8 per hour Responsabilidades Responsable del presupuesto financiero operativo, planificación laboral y optimización de costos. Proporciona supervisión directa del personal de operaciones de limpieza asignado. Garantiza la formación adecuada de todo el personal en sus respectivos puestos. Mide el desempeño, proporciona retroalimentación y desarrolla al personal estableciendo expectativas claras, garantizando que la seguridad de los empleados sea una prioridad y comprometiéndose a procedimientos oportunos de notificación de incidentes. Colabora con el equipo para garantizar la coordinación y la ejecución exitosa de las operaciones diarias, resolviendo las deficiencias de manera oportuna. Mantiene la cobertura de los 3 turnos coordinando y colaborando con los líderes de turno para confirmar los horarios diarios. Mantiene el cumplimiento de todas las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa y emite acciones disciplinarias cuando sea necesario. Implementa el uso de maquinaria de la empresa y programas de seguridad, incluida la capacitación sobre montacargas. Gestiona el inventario de productos químicos y suministros, garantiza la seguridad de los empleados y el uso del EPP adecuado. Requisitos Debe ser bilingüe en inglés y español. Capacitación de certificación OSHA de 10 horas para la industria en general. Normas OSHA Certificación de operadores de montacargas/tijeras. Se prefiere experiencia en operaciones de limpieza. Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en supervisión y liderazgo en centros de distribución, limpieza o mantenimiento de edificios. Capacidad para comunicarse eficazmente con clientes y empleados internos y externos. Experiencia en la aplicación de procesos y procedimientos de recursos humanos, incluido el ciclo completo de dotación de personal, entrevistas, contratación, gestión del desempeño, promociones y despidos. ¿Qué hay en esto para usted?
