Strategic HR Director: Talent & Leadership Growth

ITW is looking for a Human Resources Director to act as a strategic partner in Retail Shared Services. This role requires a significant focus on talent development, organizational effectiveness, and leadership coaching, particularly within the Automotive Aftermarket platform. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of HR leadership experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and expertise across diverse HR disciplines.
