CEVA Logistics is seeking a Director of HR to lead human resources for a regional unit spanning Canada, the US and Mexico. You will partner with executive leadership to design and implement HR strategies that align with regional and global direction. The role oversees talent management, workforce planning, employee relations and HR KPIs, driving engagement and organizational effectiveness across locations.
