Facilities Manager Requirements & Qualifications

5 years of experience in a Maintenance or Facilities manager role
Ability to work on-premises every day with flexibility for weekend shifts
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks
Commitment to food safety and guest safety standards
Professional demeanor with resourcefulness to address issues independently

Facilities Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Conduct regular preventative maintenance and track upkeep activities
Perform general handyman tasks to maintain safe and functional facilities
Monitor and address food safety and guest safety concerns promptly
Adapt to schedule changes and provide reliable support during weekends
Collaborate with team members to uphold high operational standards
